A valid card is required on file to book an apppointment.

A booking fee equivalent to 50% of the service price is required when booking. This fee will be applied towards your total.

Cancellations and Reschedules that are less than 24 hours, the booking fee becomes your cancellation fee. Only one-time re-scheduling is allowed with the same booking fee.

Arriving late will cut into your appointment time. A 10 minute grace period is given. After this period there will be a $15 late fee for every 10 minutes that has passed. If you are more than 30 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and additionally you will lose your booking.

For purposes of safety and sanitation, we cannot allow more than one guest per room. We kindly request no children in the suite during appointments.

There are NO refunds or exchanges for products or services.
